こちらの問題ですが、13.8.1アップデートで修正されるようです。
（米国ではもうリリースされてるみたいですが、まだ僕のところのCreative Cloudデスクトップアプリケーションにはアップデート表示が出てません。サーバー更新がまだのようです）
